Mr. Moon is a founding member of the Wavecrest Group. He currently serves as a Managing Director and leads the the Strategy & Finance practices. He worked previously as a consultant for DiamondCluster International and the Cambridge Strategic Management Group and as an accountant for Price Waterhouse LLP & Arthur Andersen LLP.

Richard Micko

Mr. Micko is a Managing Director for the Wavecrest Group where he leads the Management & Information Solutions practice. He is the founder of Clipper Solutions and was instrumental in structuring the partnership between Clipper Solutions and the Wavecrest Group.
